Are You Sabotaging Your Patients Recovery?

The pressure is immense. You're dealing with complex clients, each with their unique challenges, and the emotional weight can be overwhelming.

But that's not your only concern.

You're trying to maintain a quality service, even when staff members are absent due to illness or other reasons.

You're grappling with staff burnout, low morale, and inconsistent outcomes.

You know that your reputation is crucial for winning tenders, but how can you build that reputation when your team is overworked, and your program lacks a solid structure?

These are not just problems; they are roadblocks on your path to becoming a nationally recognized center for effective addiction recovery.

I'm John Elford.

I started my career in the medical field, working in hospitals and as a medical assistant in the Air Force.

But life took a dark turn, and I found myself grappling with addiction. I was unemployed, homeless, and had lost the support of my family.

It was a peer-led recovery meeting that became my lifeline.

Fast forward to today, I've been in long-term recovery for over 20 years. I've dedicated my life to helping others find their path to sobriety.

My books have reached over 25,000 people worldwide, and the Integrated Step Course has been successfully implemented in rehabs and treatment settings all over the world. I've trained many facilitators who continue to make a meaningful impact. and now I'm here to guide you and your facility to do the same.

Educational and Life Experience

Developing an effective recovery program isn't something that happens overnight. It requires years of research, experimentation, and fine-tuning to get it right.

Teaching from Emotion

Many facilities make the mistake of teaching from emotion rather than a structured methodology, leading to inconsistent and ineffective results.

Teaching the Wrong Things

Without proper guidance and a structured program, it's easy to focus on the wrong aspects of recovery, missing the mark on what truly helps patients.

Clients Hijack the Sessions

Without a solid structure, sessions can easily go off track, allowing clients to steer the conversation away from meaningful recovery topics.

(FAQs)

How much time will it take to train and deliver this program?

It will take a few hours to complete the short, no nonsense online training, followed by a 1 zoom session with John.

Will this program work for my facility?

When delivering the program to clients in your centre each step has three 2 hour session that could be run over three days a week - this means the program will run for 12 weeks. Engagement for each client would be a minimum of 72 hours when completing all 12 Steps.

How long will it take for our staff to grasp the contents? Do our staff need to be in 12-step recovery?

As the focus of this course is 12 Steps it would be an advantage if your staff understood and were familiar with this press. Using the manuals that we send you will make it is easy for a non 12 stepper to learn all the content needed to deliver, anyone could jump in and deliver it with a little practice.
